For example, the surface roughness of the alcohol dampening water roller on the Komori printing machine is 2-6 microns.
The surface roughness of the glue roller plays a crucial role in printing. It not only accurately measures the ink and water transmitted, ensuring the stability of water and ink transmission, thereby ensuring the stability of printing colors, but also separates the ink in a uniform ink/water film form, ensuring continuous and smooth ink/fountain solution transmission, and forming ink/fountain solution accumulation to compensate for uneven defects caused by the transportation process.
